**What your background should look like**:Functional Job Family Description: Assist production engineers, leaders and supervisors in the performance of assigned tasks. Nature and Overall Purpose of the Role PerformedResolve routine technical problems.- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS- Data collection and identification of process areas and device improvements.- Design assistance for upgraded and new equipment.- Assisting in the procurement of process equipment.- Supervision of process equipment installation and upgrade.- Documentation of installation or upgrade.- Supervision and documentation of process validations. Lead and execute validation process with minimum supervision.- Documentation of process instructions.- Documentation of process specifications and/or equipment parameters.- Develop troubleshooting and document configuration routines.- Train operators on setups and operations.- Track setup times, cycle times and downtime for each new process improvement.- Process and troubleshoot product problems.- Respond to requests for technical support from the Development Engineering manufacturing group, concurrent and prioritized scheduling of planned technical efforts.- All other duties as assigned.- Lead problem solving to provide solution for equipment/process/material performance using engineering tools.COMPETENCIES & SKILLS- Skills- Objectivity in analyzing and assessing the likelihood of success by considering all options and ideas presented by others.- Willingness to challenge current processes and identify key areas for improvement.- Ability to work independently and within a team in a technical environment.- Verbal and written communication skills.- Effectiveness in creating and maintaining project plans with timelines that meet required schedules.- Ability to engage others toward successful completion on assigned leadership projects.- Ability to problem solve for processes.- Ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers.- Ability to implement new equipment and processes in a timely manner.- Progress in becoming a skilled technical writer and trainer, attending classes if necessary.- Ability to keep work areas clean and organized.- Ability to multi-task efforts on multiple projects.- Microsoft Office skills.- Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validations is desirable.- High mechanical aptitude, excellent report writing and documentation skills.- All other duties as assigned.- Basic knowledge/understand in electronic/electric, mechanic and software.**Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in similar jobs that support your knowledge of the work area.**Education**: Related technical degree or Advanced studying in Bachelor degree for engineering**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
