0-1 years executing digital marketing campaigns- Experience using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, databases) to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly**About our team**: The Devices Marketing Builders and Automation team (MBA) is the marketing operations Center of Excellence for the Devices Online Experience org. We are the builders of the online customer-facing content for our 20 product lines and the first line of defense against defects and errors across our product detail pages in the US, Mexico, and Canada. We strive to deliver a high CX by executing perfectly, while creating ongoing scale for Devices through continuous process improvement and automation.Key job responsibilities- Build onsite merchandising campaigns for Devices products for promotional events (e.g., Prime Day), homepage marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other marketing throughout the year.- Build detail pages for new device launches based on the content and layout provided by OX Product Marketing Managers.- Conduct onsite updates as needed, such as updating detail and landing page content, cross-site merchandising placements, and site widgets.- Address content bugs in merchandising campaigns, detail pages, and landing pages, as flagged by stakeholders.- Track and record operational metrics such as project progress and number of campaigns built to help the team deliver on our commitments and identify opportunities for automation.- Contribute their first-hand experiences during retrospectives and deep dives focused on marketing build processes.- Contribute to strengthening MBA's standard operating procedures (SOPs) as they develop expertise in different marketing tasks.- Conduct monthly content audits of Devices onsite domains to log and address bugs or incongruencies.- Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization with demonstrated ability to influence others.- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.- Enjoy getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and working in ambiguous environments.- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
