The Marketing Operations Systems Manager will be responsible for managing marketing technology systems including Marketo, 6Sense, Swoogo, ON24. You will work with members of our Marketing Operations team to build feature enhancements, troubleshoot issues and provide support.**The impact you will have**:- Manage day to day administration of Marketo- Triage tickets in Asana/Jira to diagnose issues and own through resolution- Manage API and webhooks to ensure performance and flow of leads.- Investigate Marketo errors to resolution, collaborating with the Marketing Ops team, developers and IT.- Integration monitoring and support- enrichment, lead scoring, 3rd party vendors- Optimize Marketo processes and operations- Build out feature enhancements within Marketo and other martech.- Build system documentation**What we look for**:- 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations or marketing automation role- Advanced proficiency with Marketo; Marketo Certification (MCE) highly preferred. 2 years experience as a Marketo Admin- Deep understanding and proficiency with Marketo architecture, data, process, and best practices- Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM; Salesforce certification highly preferred- Proven experience with various marketing technology platforms (ON24, Swoogo, 6sense, Lean Data)- BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience- Excellent communication /collaboration skills**About Databricks**Databricks is the lakehouse company.
