**Job Description**:**Job Description**:This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reporting to capture relevant KPIs and metrics.- Building APIs to send activities and data from systems of record to reporting tools.- Enabling effective prioritization of work based on data-driven insights.- Developing and maintaining documentation of core best practices.Skills and Experienced Required:- A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss.- Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently.- Detail oriented.- Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters.- Communication skills.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.- English Level: B2+/C1.- Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas)- 2+ years of experience in document management.- 1+ years of experience in Power BI.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with eCommerce or eMerchandising experience is a plus- Familiarity with Teradata, Salsify, Syndigo, GS1Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
