Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between stakeholders.It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve ItReceive, review, and document all transactions assigned to youEnsure MAPP transactions assigned to you are in compliance with MAPP policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP and MAPP Standards.Ensure all information is properly documented in MAPP Navigator, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio and any other system needed according to the stablished processHold interactions with MAPP Center colleagues, business colleagues, healthcare professionals and external organizations when needed.Work with Legal and Local Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation when needed.Ensure proper contracting documentation, accurate fair market value (per applicable FMV calculator) and the HCP meet all requirements according to the MAPP Policy, Country Annex, Country Profile, SOP and MAPP Standards.QualificationsMust-HaveBachelor's Degree.Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Fluent in Spanish, English and French is a must.Strength with multitasking and ensuring accurate detail.Ability to work under pressure and to handle several activities at once.High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility.A "Can Do" positive attitude.Highly compliance, customer and service minded.Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skillsNice-to-HavePharmaceutical industry or contracts experienceSystem application & products / Oracle experienceDemonstrated ability to work on own initiative with limited oversightGood organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of compliance controls.Understanding of MAPP Policy terms and healthcare compliance policies.
