Our Order to Cash function is part of the Global Finance Service team that contributes to achieve GSK goals with 5 strategic outcomes that will drive increased value. We ensure to deliver best in class finance processes, that enables GSK to get AheadTogether.The Sr. Credit Management analyst plays a key role within O2C by handling important functions that helps the business to manage the credit financial risk related to our customers. This position shows accountability of the in-scope markets of all Americas region and supports the organization in a range of activities such as Credit Limit and Risk Class Revisions, Overdue and Bad Debt reporting, Order Release process among others.The Sr. Credit Management Analyst will be expected to work closely with the Collections team, the stakeholders in local Finance teams and Audit and Risk team.: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:Execution of the daily order release process for the in-scope markets, ensuring the accomplishment of the SLA and looking for the reduction of orders on hold through the root cause analysis.Calculation and analysis of the month end close overdue reports and execution of the journal postings.Calculation and analysis of the bad debt provision and execution of the journal entries on a quarterly basis.Performing the annual bad debt rates calculation and revision according to the policy mandate.Conducting the annual credit limit and risk category revision for all the customers in the master data.Revision and maintenance of the Grant of Authority matrix applicable for O2C.Conducting risk assessment and credit limit validations when is required by the business.Handle bankruptcy cases of customers in North America markets.Maintain a biweekly discipline of monitoring the Credit KPIs and improving the visual management.Coordination with the team to perform the Flu Season readiness and process for US market.Adherence to the Global Credit Policy on all the processes described above.Continuous Improvement: Implement and document at least one improvement per Q in the process.Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:Academic degree and area of specialization: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience on Credit Management processes, identification, and management of Credit Risk.3+ years' experience working with O2C processes on a shared service center environment.Understanding of accounting process specially related to O2C.Upper intermediate to advanced English level.Strong Business applications skills (MS Office).However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:Intermediate Portuguese level.If you feel this is your next career move, please apply up to March 31, 2024.Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and define our culture so that together we can deliver extraordinary impact for patients and consumers and make GSK a brilliant place to work.As a GSK employee you will be encouraged to be you in a diverse and inclusive environment that focus on your wellbeing and enables you to feel good and to thrive, and gather the opportunities we offer to learn, develop and keep growing.At GSK we believe that we all bring something unique and when we combine our knowledge, experiences and styles together, the impact is incredible.
