WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Technical Requirements and Certifications » 6 Sigma Certifications. Agile or Project Management certifications. Education and Experience » Masters' degree or MBA in relevant area. Higher education degree (preferably in Management/Operations Management/Marketing). 12+ years of managing operations in an in-house / outsourced environment. 5 years leading trust & safety sensitive and non-sensitive operations workflow in an in-house or Outsourced environment for Hi-Tech / Social media companies. Experience in owning and managing financials: budgets, Gross Margins, EBIT and P&L. Experience in preparing and leading QBRs/MBRs with client partners. Experience in drafting and reviewing SOWs. Experience managing multiple projects. Experience in Risk Management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Strong logical thinking ability, self-learning ability and creative mind. Strong prioritization skills to efficiently resolve competing priorities. Strong leadership skills and experience. World class presentation skills. Technology and Social media savvy. Proven ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain trustworthy relationships with client POCs. Good understanding of local & global regulations governing content moderation workflows. Being responsible for the project's financials by generating the targeted revenue and profits. Provide mentorship to Ops Managers for each LOB; ensure all team members have access to growth opportunities and training to support their goals. Review & drive innovation and continuous improvement within all managed projects. Represent TP in Outsourcing events to help grow our portfolio of clients and services. Promote operational efficiency by providing regular feedback metrics to the Global team. Implement and roll out company-wide management-approved strategies. Data driven mindset to be able to make data driven decisions.
