Requirement- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or Business related field.- Bilingual English/Spanish - Advanced intermediate English level (B2+ minimum)- At least 2 years of experience in people management (DLs, IDLs) with demonstrated results of development initiatives (i.e. IDP, turnover, promotions, corrective action plans, terminations).- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment (i.e. production supervisor, manufacturing engineer, quality engineer, etc).- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Format, basic formulas, etc).Competencies- Highest interpersonal skills and ability to communicate orally and in writing, with individuals or groups at a local scale (VST).- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Propose action plans for issues that arise in the value stream.- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.- Ability to lead members directly involved in value stream.Responsibility- Manage direct and indirect resources to accomplish business goals.- Maintain morale and employee relations.
