The role will require a person with excellent communication skills and business partnering skills.**Reports to**:OTC Team Lead**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial**Geographic Scope**:Americas**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis in line with internal SLA's by supporting the team and providing guidance.- Actively develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and team members.- Actively search out areas for process improvement, identifying any gaps in efficiency and effectiveness and recommend improvements.- Support any specific process improvement projects as requested and or assigned.- Support to ensure all SOX / operational and internal controls are followed.- Proactively assist in providing information as needed.- Support the activities in scope for migration to be moved into the Shared service, in line with the migration framework and plan.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE****Experience Required**- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.- Experience in the Shared Services environment and Business Partnering**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**- Intermediate knowledge level of SAP.- Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.- Attention to detail.- Process improvement and results oriented mindset.- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals.**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.- Advance English (B2+)**BENEFICIAL**- Experience working with OTC processes.- Experience in the Shared Services environment.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
