Required experience/skills:
• 3+ years in Sales, Channel or Marketing Operations at a high tech company.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and interact with
upper management.
• Excellent Analytical skills with the ability to create, run, analyze and summarize reports for management.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support on Partner Incentive programs for sales and marketing teams.
• Be the point of contact for escalations and exceptions on Partner Incentive programs.
• Administer user access, approval hierarchy setup, and monitor tool functionality issues.
• Manage and consolidate incentive platform portal functionality issues and requests.
• Create and run transactional reports on Partner Incentive program metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Monitor Partner Incentive Program’s adoption, usage, and effectiveness.
• Send call to action and reminder emails to the appropriate teams.
• Work with VMware 3rd party Incentive portal vendor teams on program changes, operational processes,
system access, Development Funds claim audits, payment issues and functionality updates.
• Work with Field Partner Ops Specialists in other GEOs on process improvements, process
standardization and best practices.
• Work with the Partner Success Center (PSC) and Partner Network support team to collect Partner
feedback on the Incentive Programs, operational processes, and tool functionality. Consolidate and share
findings with the Program managers, Process managers, and the field sales and marketing teams.
• Share and disseminate program changes and updates from Corporate and provide training to the field
sales and marketing teams.
