**Job Description**:Our Finance team brings together our financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making. We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. This allows the organization to continue advancing medical innovation and improve lives.The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible to work together with BPO team on payments issue resolution (tier 2 support to BPO). This position will be required to maintain a high standard of performance ensuring all entries are timely completed and accurate. This position supports BPO in payment requirements, internal controls and policies to release local and international payments; policies, payments procedures to ensure the proper quality of services and accomplishment of the service level agreement.**Principal Activities**:- Monitors all payments with special care of sensitive payments, taxes, customs and credit cards according to local regulation.- Monitors payment rejection resolution and tracking of the end to end payment process.- Operates with sense of urgency to resolve issues, including operational performance, and adhering to compliance- Acts as escalation point and requests management support as necessary- Coordinate SOP review period between BSC team and BPO team.- Support Internal and External Audits.- Authorize and release payment runs as per payment schedule.**Minimum Educational Requirements**:- The position requires knowledge necessary to perform tasks that require a solid technical training or basic disciplines.
