This person will be supporting and partnering with the Other internal teams (Accounts Payables, High-Risk Payments, and T&E) and the Divisions to achieve monthly targets.This person also interacts regularly with Senior Leadership, Stakeholders and Customers. The Manager is responsible for people development, organizational health and to implement a quality culture that role models Stryker's mission and values.- Manage payments process for Americas countries.- Ensure smooth and efficient payments process.- Ensure payment policies and SOX Controls are in place.- Work closely with Finance Divisional teams and treasury to ensure payments best practices are applied to improve the Company DPO.- Responsible for the team's recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and development.- Develops and maintains a productive team, designs, and implements people strategies to foster career development, skill development, succession planning, and a healthy work environment across ITP.- Identify and develop talent to create a succession pipeline within the teams.- Fosters a culture aligned with Stryker values, co-leads the initiatives for people growth.- Responsible for the implementation, review, and compliance of process controls.- Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP- Supports processes related to identifying and evaluating the organization's risk areas and provides significant input to the development of annual business plans.- Works with Internal and external audit teams to review and enforce policies.- Ensures critical business processes are well documented and communicated to facilitate effective and efficient execution.- Drive a culture of standardization, process excellence, and continuous process improvement across teams and across I2P.- Project management and business reengineering initiatives.
