JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.The Performance Manager is responsible for managing deliverables and performing key tasks associated with but not limited to Service Level Agreements (SLA), rebate and fee collections, quarterly survey setup processes, and business review administration. The Performance Manager is Client facing and must be able to provide customer obsessed support to Vendors and Vendor Managers, both in-person and virtually.**What your day-to-day will look like**:Lead Vendor Performance data collection and analysis to ensure alignment with Client objectives and goalsBuild strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectivesDevelop and manage reports, templates and analysis consistent with company and Client branding requirementsOversee and engages Vendors on open tasks and provide resolution in a timely mannerEnsure customer experience is at the forefront of every client interaction while still adhering to approved policies and proceduresEngage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies**Required Skills and Experience**:Bachelor's degree or equivalent2 - 5 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program or change managementHigh level of critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work autonomouslyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionallyProficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)Experience working in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
