**Requisitos**:1. Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, industrial o afin,2. Experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferentemente en un entorno de llamadas o chat en línea. De manera internacional3. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.4. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.5. Flexibilidad de horarios.6. Conocimientos en el manejo de software de oficina, documentos y correo electrónico.7. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de manera efectiva8. Nível de Excel intermedio9.
