Front2Back uses the exponential power of cloud and cognitive to provide hyper-personalized (C=X2C2TM=1) digital experience to clients and their end customers.**Job Description**:- This position is part of the CS (Customer Support) Supply Chain Organization, reporting directly to the EI Field Planning manager /CS Supply chain AMS Theatre team.- The Services Supply Chain ships more than 9M parts, processes 650k whole unit repair events globally per year through an extensive network of outsourcing partners.- This position will be responsible to execute processes of Contractual planning, E & O, Buy/sell, Field delivery interaction and governance of the Demand & Supply PlanQualifications*Education and Experience Required*- First level university degree or equivalent experience.- 1 year of experience in a supply chain/data analysis function.*Knowledge and Skills*- Understanding of supply chain processes.- Analytical and data modeling skills via Excel or other tools.- Communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.- Proven relationship management skills.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Power BI desired- Project management skills or knowledge a plus- Understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy desired- Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Available to Promise (ATP) and master scheduling a plus- Understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.
