**Manufacturing Integrator / Planner On shift**:The Manufacturing Integration / Planner Engineer (MI) Engineer own products delivery indicators and work closely with MFG Operation teams to ensure weekly deliveries are met. This position's responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):- Responsible to design and plan loading strategy for products under his/her responsibility (Manufacturing Scheduler). Besides delivery, the MI is also responsible to plan key modules conversion plan and manage key indicators under the MI like cycle time, output, Product Health Indicator monitoring etc.- The integrator will rep the department in key product quality performance indicators to manage the material hold and disposition plan.- The engineer will guide and coach the organization so that we upskill the shift operations so that Operations is capable to manage the shift delivery strategy.- The integrator is also trained on scripting to make use of data science to monitor delivery indicators. Make used of data to make better decision.- Good operation and technical leadership, systematic problem-solving skills for dealing with dynamic business challenges with factory internal or cross business unit stakeholders.- Strong Influencing skills.- Talent to develop strategy and robust process related to a broad range of production delivery issues management.**Qualifications****Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or Related degree.- Advanced English capability on both writing and speaking.- 1 year in high volume production operation management experience.- 1 year of experience in one of the following areas: demand management, material requirement planning, capacity planning, master scheduling or related.- Willing to work on compressed work week either day or night.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Basic knowledge on Factory Physics / Data Mining.- Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.- SQL - Power BI knowledge.- Lean Six Sigma knowledge.**Soft Skills Behavioral Traits**:- Demonstrated discipline attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision is required- Must be capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines- Must have strong communication skills
