Portfolio Specialist

In this role, the agent will partner with an assigned portfolio of content creators in order to maintain and improve content creators engagement with platform. The goal is to help partners get the most out of their channel and you have the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business.- **Key Responsibilities**:- Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel: responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features.- Detect and understand the customer's needs and objectives.- Knowledge on key platform features in order to connect the customer's needs to these features.- Portfolio management and prioritization with the ability to detect opportunities and follow up with the content creators over several months.- **Education**:High School Diploma- **Work Experience**:6 month- 1 year minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media- **Technical skills**:- Ability to type 25+ WPM with a high rate of accuracy.- English C1- **Competencies and Specific Skills**:- Excellent written and verbal communication(Communications Skills)- Customer Oriented- Interpersonal Skills- Analytical Ability- Problem Solving**Salary**: ¢600,000.00 - ¢650,000.00 per month**Experience**:- sales/marketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- english (required)Application Deadline: 07/04/2024
