2+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service and/or back-office compliance-related environments.- Work experience in content writing.- Work experience in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).- B2+ English proficiency (Intermediate/advanced).This is a position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. If selected for this role, you will be required to work from our SJO10 building, located in Calle Blancos, San José in a hybrid-model, attending three days to the office and two days from home.- Our only production schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Night and "graveyard" shifts are not available at this time.Key job responsibilities- Writing clear, concise documentation about technical systems.- Communicating with stakeholders to clarify system requirements.- Responding to stakeholder questions and troubleshooting issues.- Contributing to other risk and compliance related projects as needs arise.A day in the lifeThe 'day-to-day' aspect of this role will be to write documents that log privacy risks and system parameters in accordance with customer and stakeholder input.San Jose, CRI- Speak, write, and read fluently in German- University bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communications.- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to identify specific project needs.- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.- Able to keep track of multiple projects in varying stages of completion.
