Description & RequirementsLeading and facilitating the strategic sourcing process and Vendor Management.Cost Analysis and Budgeting for capex.Develop procurement strategies to allow the business to complete the projects on time.Managing the risk and going a step forward in negotiation and work in the end-to-end process.Process Improvement identifying opportunities of improving service level and savings, aligned with internal stakeholders, always resulting in the best solution for our business.Strategic and financial responsibility of Capex portfolio.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, economics, administration or equivalent.Business fluent in English.Experience in project management.+5 years of experience in CapexSolid relevant experience in sourcing & purchasing.Proven experience in planning and leading complex negotiations.Demonstrated ability to develop relationships & influence key decision makers internally & externally.Location(s)San Jose, Costa Rica Plant
