Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Customer Response Team Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:- Provides Level 2 customer issue resolution and support for the Custom Smiles Solutions business- Reviews customer treatment design plans, identify problems, summarizes case findings and work with Tx Design team or end customers on improvements- Identifies recurring issue themes and create / support projects to address and improve performance- Presents case findings and support training to Tx Design teams to drive improvementsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3+ years of digital aligner treatment design experienceIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:- Experience with digital design/tools and software and/or AI-driven solutions- Experience troubleshooting aligner treatment design challenges- Experience interacting with customers to understand treatment plan concerns that need to be addressed- Experience leading improvement projects- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral- Ability to work cross-functionallyAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Advanced degree in a dental or orthodontics discipline from an accredited institutionWork location:- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Costa Rica offices at least 1 day per week)Travel: May include up to 5% internationalRelocation Assistance: Not AvailableMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
