Here, you will make an impact by:- Provides Level 2 customer issue resolution and support for the Custom Smiles Solutions business- Reviews customer treatment design plans, identify problems, summarizes case findings and work with Tx Design team or end customers on improvements- Identifies recurring issue themes and create / support projects to address and improve performance- Presents case findings and support training to Tx Design teams to drive improvementsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3+ years of digital aligner treatment design experienceIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:- Experience with digital design/tools and software and/or AI-driven solutions- Experience troubleshooting aligner treatment design challenges- Experience interacting with customers to understand treatment plan concerns that need to be addressed- Experience leading improvement projects- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral- Ability to work cross-functionallyAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Advanced degree in a dental or orthodontics discipline from an accredited institutionWork location:- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Costa Rica offices at least 1 day per week)Travel: May include up to 5% internationalRelocation Assistance: Not AvailableMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
