We invite you to join us on this journey as we continue to thrive and embrace fresh challenges.**Qualifications**:**Main Responsibilities**:- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmaps, working with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align to strategic goals- Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on requirements, strategy, and business objectives.- Drive the development of new features throughout the entire SDLC- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process- Develop mitigation strategies for problem areas and escalate to key stakeholders- Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained- Liaise with the product team and end-user to deliver updates- Provide leadership to the development teams to meet coding standards, estimation targets, and client expectations- Conduct informal and formal feedback sessions for team members on their path to reaching career goals- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in Software Development Environments- Experience being the main point of contact for stakeholders and managers- Experience with Agile development methodologies- Exceptional communication skills - written, oral, and presentation skills- Able to build consensus with staff at all levels of the organization- Employee or peer management experience is required- Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders- Ability to think strategically, conceptually as well as analytical**Some of our b**enefits**:- ** Work From Home**We believe in hybrid work.
