**Show the world what you can do.****In this role, you will**:- Manage day to day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.- Support on establishing effective governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards and reporting.- Manage projects and resources in charge.- Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles.- Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.- Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.- Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule.- Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.- Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path and risk assessment.- Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for team to follow with the end goal of top-efficiency and quality.- Ensure effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,****You should have**:- Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)- 2+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.- A mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development and Risk Management.- Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities timelines, mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline.- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.- Proven ability to work on large scale digital projects.- Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven ability to interact with all types o employees.- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.- Mastery of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations simultaneously prioritizing multiple work assignments from several stakeholders**It's a plus if you have**:- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials or equivalent strong experience as Project Manager in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects).- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.- PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma.**Competencies to be successful in this role**:- Attention to Detail- Communication- Problem Solving
