Project Manager

**Project Manager**Lionbridge is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Additionally, the Project Manager will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.**What You Will Do**- Coordinate and manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives to customers.- Ensure overall project quality and timelines.- Provide project management and delivers projects to schedule, meeting customer specifications on a profitable basis.- Ensure ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.- Responsible for all delivery responsibilities (including a P&L) for one or multiple projects.- Manage production and provides project team oversight and supervision- Oversees development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan.- Ensure quality and timely deliverables to clients and tracks project P&L, budgets, and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing.**To Be Successful You Will Have**- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Strong business acumen in project planning and management- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills**In Return You Can Expect**:- To work with great team members, who are as passionate as you!- To learn a ton and have your professional development as a priority.- To contribute not only to our operational success, but also to our amazing team and to Lionbridge's People-First Culture.**About Us
