**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**:- Coordination and assignment of different tasks for the execution of the project together with the Project Coordinator and Supervisor.- Establish and monitor the production metrics by activity for the correct execution of the project.- Manage the KPI's information of the Project in conjunction with the Project Coordinator and Supervisor.- Manage the corresponding data for month-end closings.- Attention to queries from the team in charge.- Resolution and escalation of problems of the assigned team.- Scrum meetings with directly assigned personnel.- Scrum meetings with the Project Coordinator.- Manage payroll information for the team in charge.- New employees operational training.- Training in company tools for employees.- Document processing | Digitization processes.**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Comply with all company policies and procedures.- Advise the appropriate manager of any issues requiring immediate attention, including but not limited to employee relations issues or safety issues.- Participate in safety and security drills and advise the appropriate manager of any violations.- Know and understand defined role in the Company Disaster Recovery Plan.- Ensure all accidents and injuries are reported immediately to your supervisor.- Travel between facilities when necessary.- Work Overtime as necessary.- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.**EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:**Non - Negotiable**:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.- 2-year related experience, preferably in a service industry.- English B2.**Preferent**:- Experience in digitizing information and indexing- Knowledge of image capture software.- Basic knowledge of excel.**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CREDENTIALS**:- None**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:- Strong communication skills.- Must possess PC computer skills.- Must be able to communicate effectively with the assigned team, manager and coworkers.- Must be able to maintain record order and sequence.- Must be able to understand the importance of detail and accuracy.- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.- Must be acceptable of change and long durations of project assignments.- Demonstrate understanding for the importance and value of customers.- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (lifting, etc.)**:- Routine lifting of 20-60 lbs.- Routine scanning of materials.- Overhead reaching.- Bending and stretching.- Sit and Stand for long periods in the day.- Routine pushing and pulling boxes and pallet jacks.- Able to operate pallet jacks.- Primary working conditions are typical for an indoor/office environment.**Experience**: Required- 2 year(s): Similar positions**Education**: Required- High School or better**Behaviors**: Preferred- Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity- Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well**Motivations**: Preferred- Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks
