Here, you will make an impact by:- Obtaining the return of the Proof of Delivery (POD) document from the patient through a database for worklist prioritization- Completing outbound dialer calls and handling inbound calls- Interacting with patients, home health agencies, and doctors' offices to obtain information needed to locate the patient.- Reviewing all order notes, documents on file, previous orders, and internet searches to determine course of action of each order on the assigned worklist.- Maintaining your assigned worklist in a timely and efficient manner- Understanding and complying with HIPPA regulations, PHI and all 3M policies.Your Skills and Expertise (Also known as basic and preferred qualifications.
