The local community and their warmth are a key component of our guest experience and our Recreation Lead Attendant will imbue a passion for this destination and the Culture.Be You:The Recreation Lead Attendant will demonstrate the following key characteristics:Deliver high quality experiences in watersports and recreation activities with specialized knowledge in at least one subset of the operation (fishing, freediving, paddleboard/kayak, etc.).Uphold brand standards in the absence of the manager while making key decisions as related to daily operationEnsure proper standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and functioning of equipmentHandle all guest interactions in English and Spanish with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries related to resort servicesMaster Your Craft:Assist the Recreation Assistant Manager in organizing water sports and recreation activities. Create memorable experiences for guests by providing excellent service according to Four Seasons Standards.
