The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for Demand and Supply Planning and will work closely with Marketing and Global Planning teams to review sales trends, understand demand drivers, provide input into forecast models, and evaluate forecast results with active participation in the Integrated Business Planning process especially related to reconciliation with financial plan. The role is also responsible for managing the supply and inventory processes to support the Regional Commercial and Finance objectives which includes achieving or exceeding key KPI's.Additionally proper candidate will help drive process improvements in Supply Chain Planning as we strive to become best in class.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions supporting business goals.Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including optimizing statistical forecasts.Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes it according to demand patterns.Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.Drives reconciliation of Financial and Operations plans.Supports Regional IBP Process.Drive regional Portfolio management including PIPO communications and system setup.Manage regional inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment.Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy.Drive KPI Management and reporting for Supply and Service areas of business with expectations to meet or exceed.Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering industrial or relatedRequires 2 years of relevant experience.Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.Fluent in English and Spanish communication (C1 – B2+). Nice to Have APICS, IBF, or similar professional certification. MBA Financial minor in education degreeExperience in Medical Device IndustryLean, Six Sigma green or black belt certificationPortuguese fluency
