Responsible for administrative duties as it relates to facilities.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate master service agreements, set up scope of work, and send to appropriate areas for approval- Compile and analyze facilities budget including forecasting and utilization and review frequently with management- Order equipment, materials, and inventory utilizing purchase card or approved suppliers- Create purchase requisitions processing for indirect sourcing- Track LMS to ensure vendors and technicians are in compliant with appropriate required trainings- Provide training and guidance to advance the competence of lower level employees- Other incidental duties (e.g. occasional photo copying or deliveries)**Education and Experience**:H.S.
