**Objective**:The Solution Architect will provide support and assist developers with their designs, configuration, and deployment of different software solutions provided by business needs. Ensuring that these meet specified requirements and comply with applicable quality and efficiency standards.**Hard skills**:- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85 %>) (must).- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Senior RPA Developer. (must).- RPA Developer Foundation, RPA Developer Advanced, and RPA Solution Architect courses are a plus.- Proficient and experienced with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism technologies. (desired).- Experience in Designing, Developing, Testing, and deployment of robots using UiPath and involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.**Soft skills**:- Teamwork oriented.- Proactive.- Time Management skills.**Responsibilities**:- Develops and maintains solutions by leading solution definition, solution architecture reviews, solutions selection efforts and adherence to architectural processes and team plan and strategy.- Review new projects and architecture solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the enterprise architecture and meet financial targets.- Complies with standards on quality and good practice.- Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision.- Other duties as assigned.**Benefits**:- SYKES Tech Academy.- Medical Services.- Growth Opportunities.
