Ruby On Rails Developer

We combine human-centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.The Catalyst Team is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our full-time team as full-time employee.**Responsibilities**:- Work with the team to design and implement new features and functionality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high quality standards.Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development- Strong understanding of Ruby programming language and related technologies- Knowledge of database design and management (preferably MySQL)- Experience with Git, GitHub, and Agile development methodologies- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Ability to work well in a team environment.- Experience with Angular/AngularJS a plus (nice to have)- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.~ In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Concentrix Catalyst are based exclusively on merit.
