Requirements for the position Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Masters degree in business related specialties. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management positions. C1 or native English level. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market trends Proven ability to develop and implement sales plans Experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Certification in Sales or related field is a plus
