Job DescriptionSalesforce CRM Automation Specialist with success in maintaining customer relationship management software to ensure the systems best performance and optimization of the overall experience. In this role you will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work cross functionally with organizational leaders and subject matter experts to build transformational processes that deliver sales effectiveness. We're looking for a passionate business problem solver. If you're the type that gets bothered seeing a 3-step process because you know that with a little configuration you can automate it down to one or two steps, then we're looking for you.Responsibilities:Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environmentDevelop and implement enhancements to system workflows and objectsTroubleshoot technical issues related to the CRM system and quality assure their resolutionCoordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of defects along with new development requestsAssess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce CRM along with all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processesDraft and maintain guides for CRM usage and system managementIdentify opportunities for optimization and automation that improve servicing of clientsDrive initiatives that improve the sales experience and maximize performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven experience administering and customizing Salesforce CRM system (2+ years preferred).Salesforce Administrator CertifiedStrong understanding of data analysis, reporting, objects, and workflowsExperience with Agile methodologies with Jira and ConfluenceProficient in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.Adept at intaking sometimes vague requirements and turning them into practical solutions.Expert in driving results through meticulous planning and executionPrior experience building business solutions in Salesforce, SharePoint or ExcelExperience with Ajax or the Lightning Framework it a big plus.Additional InformationThis is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
