**Show the world what you can do.****In this role, you will**:- Works closely with Creative, Business, Technology and QA teams to ensure the technology will be functional and meet performance targets on all web platforms (mobile, desktop)- Owns the development of components and ensures they follow the overall technical architecture and design established by the technical lead- Implements user and business requirements which are composed of multiple development activities- Maintains up-to-date and complete documentation on projects as dictated by the capability's guidelines and best practices- Proactively provide feedback on policies and procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,****You should have**:- Ideally intermediate-advanced English Proficiency (B1+ reading, writing, and conversation)- At least 3-4 years of experience working with content management systems (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite)- Excellent understanding of content management systems and its components/templates- Experience dealing with Cross-browser and Responsive development- Work experience on Front-End technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)- Capable of working with version control systems (GIT)- Capable of building proof of concept prototypes (Demos)- Capable of integrate a web solution based on a Content Management System**It's a plus if you have**:- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience- Excellent knowledge of recent development practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development)- Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, object oriented, etc.)- Knowledge of pre-processed CSS styling (SASS, LESS)**Competencies to be successful in this role**:- Cultivates Innovation- Collaborates- Manages Complexity- Courage- Communicates effectively
