**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:You are passionate about pushing creative boundaries using PowerPoint. As a Senior Presentation Designer in BCG Design Studios, you'll be working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, designing complex, impactful presentations. You will work directly with consultants, designers, and internal BCG teams, collaborating on creative engagements end-to-end.You should expect to spend the majority of your time working in PPT, designing and formatting presentations and associated content. As a Senior Designer, you may also take lead on large projects, art directing junior team members. Core responsibilities typically include:- Manage the presentation design process start to finish - from ideating creative approach and crafting comprehensive briefs, to delivering the final product. This includes working with stakeholders to craft the narrative, owning presentation design/layout/slide creation, incorporating feedback, while meeting high quality benchmarks and timeline expectations.- Bringing your extensive experience to presentation design: illustration, information design, color theory, concepting, animation, video, and more.- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the core design system including fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, etc. that are approved for use.- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create flawless presentations with compelling storylines and impactful visuals, that generate impact for BCG and our clients.- Developing custom PPT concepts and templates.- Responsible for overall creative quality, reviewing and approving all work before sharing with clients.- Art directing, mentoring, and inspiring others on the team to deliver high quality output.- Pitch creative concepts, mockups, and new and innovative ideas to internal and external clients.- Additional work may include design and formatting in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, newsletter design and layout, and more.**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:You are a highly creative storyteller with an eye for clean, artful, and professional design.- Demonstrated mastery of information design- Captivating data storytelling skills, creating visuals, charts, and graphics that capture your audience's attention- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content- Expert-level graphic design fundamentals (i.e. typography, color theory, hierarchy, contrast, and grid / alignments)- Highly organized and detail oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and aesthetics- Possess outstanding attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards by proofing work for errors - for both yourself and others- Coaching junior team members- Passionate brand advocate, upholding brand and style guidelines, communicating and potentially teaching these standards to others internally- Sharp eye for layout design, keenly attuned to industry trends- Translating business language, processes and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking, and innovation with business acumen- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, encouraging yourself and your team to embrace new ideas and stay curious.
