SENIOR DEVELOPER - SERVICE NOWPrimary responsibilities are attending to development and support of ServiceNow platform, bringing inovations, integrations and new technologies into the platform with strong focus on perfect execution. Implementing new ServiceNow features and modules according to market best practices.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issues- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes and formulating alternative solutions in policies and procedures.- ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policies- Mentoring junior team members- Keeps abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.- Incidental: Other duties as assigned by Leadership**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's Degree in related field, 5 Years of experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
