Description**Education**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.**Experience**- 8+ years of experience building Software Applications.**Skills**- Java 8 or above- Git / Mercurial / other code version control system- Maven / Gradle / Ant- JUnit 4 or above- SQL(MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, etc) / NoSQL Databases (Mongo, Cassandra, Redis, etc)- Spring Framework- Experience consuming/developing SOAP / REST APIs- Experience with containers(OpenShift / OpenStack / Docker / Kubernetes / Rancher)- Experience with any Agile Methodology(Kanban, Scrum, etc)- Experience with Microservice architecture- Experience consuming/developing with Message brokers/Queues(RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc)- Experience consuming Single Sign-On providers(OKTA, Active Directory)- Experience consuming services from Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)**Soft Skills**- Must be a quick learner with strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical people verbally and written(in English)- Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Willingness to learn new skills as technology needs evolve- Sense of ownership mentality- Focus on team success
