We protect shoppers from untrustworthy content and contributors through machine-learned content filters, forensic relationship-detection systems, abusive behavior pattern detection, and investigator tools. We partner with product-development, quality and customer-service teams across the company to make content moderation efficient and effective, deep dive in abuse investigations and respond to customer contacts.
