Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for aSenior Project Business AnalystThis position is responsible for providing technical-functional support to the Finance Business Operations team in the development of end-to-end functional solutions. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams such as, finance, IT and marketing to ensure promotions/pricing and related projects are implemented successfully, within the timelines. Also, provide support and documentation to the finance group, internal audit and/or external accountants and follow up on post-implementation issues.This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. We would love for you to join a fun and cutting-edge technology company that has helped create over millions smiles.**In this role, you will**- Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as, finance, IT, legal and marketing to research and develop effective process solutions with a focus on scaling the business to higher volumes and minimizing manual workarounds.- Facilitate the gathering of requirements by working with the marketing groups to understand their business and technical needs.- Resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, conflicting business and technical requirements to build consensus and drive to agreed-upon solutions.- Be responsible for testing and validating commercial and marketing promotions as well as price changes or pricing for new product introductions- Identify and help address issues concerning system limitations, gaps in process or inefficient procedures.- Facilitate communication with developers to ensure that the business requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts.- Create test case scenarios to validate the system requirements, workflows and end-user procedures are working appropriately and/or other unaffected areas remain unchanged.- Analyze data inconsistencies from testing to determine data integrity, system issues or reporting issues.**In this role, you'll need ****Typically**:- Experience working with IT development staff on complex projects- Experience in business analysis and project management- Experience in cross functional projects, such as, an implementation of financial or ERP systems- Understand of Pricing and Promotions as it relates to OTC and Revenue Recognition- 5+ years with SAP Finance modules or similar systems required- Experience with accounting practices such as revenue deferrals and recognition, GL- BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent- Solid understanding of SOX requirements- Experience with BI Reporting tools preferred- Be proficient in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Visio and PowerPoint- Be proficiency in English**Sound like a good fit?**Great!
