Senior React Developer

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:Partner Services Group (PSG) is an integral part of BCG's worldwide Finance organization and provides a wide range of services to our Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). PSG manages a variety of dimensions related to MDP evaluation, compensation, and equity programs.**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:- Developing new user-facing features using React.js and building reusable React components for future use.- Optimizing code for performance and scale across all browsers.- Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to identify testing requirements that help define the development of software test plans, test strategies, and test scripts to ensure a quality product.- Being a team player who communicates positively and proactively within your Agile team and across the organization.- Working collaboratively and efficiently in virtual teams and someone who is self-starter and highly proactive.- Learning new tools, technologies, and processes with a high degree of competence.- Working with multicultural distributed team located in different time zones.**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks.- Working experience with front-end CI/CD build pipelines and tools (preferably GitHub Actions).- Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.- Experience with authentication and identity management tools (preferably Okta).- Experience in working with distributed Agile development teams**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:You will be part of a fast-paced and growing PSG Product team that works with Senior Leadership, IT functional peers, and critical business stakeholders to promote change and drive business value through technology.
