Here we will tell you more about us and the role!About the role:As a Senior UX Designer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include: Conduct user research and analyze data to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs.Translate user insights into meaningful narratives, design intuitive and effective solutions for users, and support the overall business strategy.Plan and oversee usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback.Create site maps, use cases, and user flows to communicate a site's navigation and structure.Effectively articulate and explain design decisions, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.Develop wireframes that demonstrate the intended user experience and functionality.Work closely with product owners to gather and understand business and feature requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.Educate stakeholders on best practices and industry standards related to user experience design.Work closely with other UX/CX team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints and channels.Continuously improve the user experience of digital products and services through testing, data analysis, user feedback, and industry research. Our Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, related field, or equivalent work 8+ years of experience in UX design IDEO Certification(s)Experience designing modern minimalistic applications.Experience in Platform/Digital Transformation designs,Experience conducting UX research and analysis. Strong knowledge using design tools (Figma or similar) and analysis tools (Hotjar or similar) Good communication skills in English (B2+ min).
