**Costa Rica** as a **Solution Architect for Human Resources.****Main Responsibilities**:- It has an end-to-end vision of the solution for Human Resources that allows the proper design of this.- Controls the technical execution of the Project.- Integrates the development and parameterization elements to make the COTS solution work as required. Guides the integration of the different systems (Core or external systems) to satisfy the interoperability needs.- Evaluates the approved systems architecture for the Project and work with technical and project staff to improve it.- Controls the tasks of the technical team in charge (security, database, implementation, among others).- Guides the solution of technical and product problems that arise.- Leads the development of extensions and modifications to the solution.- Leads the development of the necessary interfaces for the adequate interoperability between the Human Resources System and the rest of the Core Systems.- Leads the development of interfaces with external systems.- Responsible for technical deliverables and ensures their quality.- Supports the Project Manager in estimating effort and work plan for each task in the different phases of the project.**Qualifications**:- Professional degree or academic degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar.- At least 10 years of professional experience.- Minimum experience of 5 years as a Solution Architect or technical leader.- Experience in systems development, SOAP and REST services, cloud computing, and business intelligence, totaling at least 5 years.- To have participated in at least 2 implementations of the COTS offered for Human Resources as Technical Leader, in projects of similar size.- ** Must **have excellent oral and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**.We thank all applicants for their interest.
