ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- BS reconciliation system administration for system/account setup, issue resolution, statistic report generation and reconciliation status reporting etc.- Manage Account Assignment- Monitor Service Center queues and address queries raised- Communicate with Global core team and resolve queries raised- Play a key contact role with global R2R BS recon tool support team- Provide consulting advices to in scope market and local GFS site- Lead internally developed Cadency training and Office Hours support for users in region/time zone- Prepare complete and accurate work instructions related to processes and update for process changes as required- Perform various system maintenance and monthly monitoring procedures including but not limited to Monthly Account Monitoring and Monthly UDF Function Monitor- Participate in related projects, deployments and system enhancements and ensure processing efficiencies utilizing innovative and technical and processing solutions- Identify issues proactively and communicate to manager along with potential range of solutions- Participate in organization committees- Participate in all relevant trainings- Self-motivated, initiates tasks with little to no guidance or support- Consistently meet communicated deadlines with little to no assistance**Qualifications**:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree in accounting or finance2+ years of relevant functional accounting or finance experienceKey ERP and edge system experience preferredTECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Good understanding of SAP, E1 and HFM preferredProficiency in PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Highly customer service mindedStrong English oral, written and overall communication skills and multi-culture sensitivityAbility to informally and formally develop and influence staff and senior accountants through coaching/mentoringStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in an unstructured environmentStrong business acumen and professionalism with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and operations colleagues in all applicable Pfizer Finance and business functional areasAbility to perform and deliver in areas involving ambiguityWork Location Assignment: FlexiblePfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Finance & Accounting
