And now, we are determined to realize our boldest opportunities to transform global healthcare for years to come.Are you ready to take the next step in your career?Your role at BaxterYou will be responsible forA2R complex and non-complexactivities related to the various manufacturing and commercial sites in a region.?The role requires understanding of complex accounting matters,quick problem-solving skills and strong collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.What you'll do Prepare manual journals as needed with adequate supporting documentationResponsible for preparingreserves such as E&O, NRV etc.Prepare manufacturing variance and Inventory Analysis as neededComplete account reconciliations in Blackline per established target dateRespond to queries from local country finance in a timely mannerProvideauditsupport as neededSupport reporting requirements such as monthly Balance Sheet & P&L Flux analysisSupport monthly/quarterly/annual close processesEnsure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controlsSupport local, regional, and global projectsMaintain focus on continuous improvement in execution opportunitiesWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Finance/AccountingMinimum of 5 years of confirmed experience.Background in Inventory and/orManufacturingaccountingExperience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantageWritten and spoken English (B2+)Strong reporting tools including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
