Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that contact agents to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and email interactions.Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow.Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements.Recognizes and recommends operational improvements.Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures.Must monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards. Involved in hiring decisions and conducting performance appraisals.Protect losses by collecting on timely basis, keeping agents active.Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. Make decisions based on procedures and taking in consideration agent history and current situation.Monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards.
