**_What Operations Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health_**Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function.**_Qualifications_**- 4-8 years of experience- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations or business staff- Administers and exercises policies and procedures- Ensures employees operate within guidelines- Decisions have a direct impact to work unit operations and customers- Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels- Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution- Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
