Supply Chain Supervisor I

**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**Provide leadership to the Supply Chain Operational Areas, coordinate inventory management, warehouse operations, and shared services areas. This position requires knowledge in inventory management, human resources/people skills, and quality systems. Ensure safety and quality is the main purpose of the role.**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**- Leads and supervises the Supply Chain Operational teams, in one or multiple areas such as material handling, Warehouse, Logistics, Shared Service Areas.- Hire, train, develop and supervise employees.- Execute cross training plan and execute common tasks to maintain business needs.- Prepare and submit inventory control reports.- Build positive, outgoing relations to link with local departments.- Responsible to review personnel scheduling, evaluating discipline.- Execute, review, and audit report benefits/tasks (vacations, audiences & Kronos).**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**- An advanced student of a bachelor's degree program with at least 50% of Carrier approved.- Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Intl Trade, Social or Economic Sciences or similar field.- 0-2 years (Preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar field)- Basic computer skills in Microsoft.- Flexibility to work on different shifts schedule is preferred.- Intermediate Commands of English / Required
