Give talks with critical information for new collaborators. Propose and execute improvements to the orientation process. Manage the documentation associated with the onboarding process.• Prepare personnel files, completing the documentation, reviewing it in detail and register the information of the new hire in the system, according to established procedures.• Lead, coordinate and execute the student recruitment process for the internship program and execute the onboarding process for them. • Publish internal and external positions on the different recruiting platforms
