You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements for development teams. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining documentation, conducting research, and supporting the team in various analytical tasks.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.- Support the development and maintenance of business process models and documentation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.- Assist in conducting research and analysis to support business initiatives.- Help in creating presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.- Participate in meetings and workshops to facilitate requirements gathering and discussions.**Qualifications**:- Must be a technical high school student cursing his/her final year.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Availability for a full-time High School internship from October to November 2024.- English skill verbal and written.**Advantages of internship**:- Gain practical experience working on real-world business analyst teams- Mentorship from industry experts and opportunities for professional growth.- Networking opportunities with professionals in the field.**Additional Information**:**This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
