You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top technical talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.**What you will be doing**:- Assist with the development of recruiting strategies that meet anticipated delivery hiring plan in Costa Rica- Be responsible for the full life cycle technical recruitment for our consulting and engineering delivery team- Be a trusted recruiting advisor- Source, screen, and interview job applicants to get information on their work history, skills, training and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions- You will work closely with the US and Costa Rica talent team and other key stakeholders to make sure we attract and hire the best talent- Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the local and global Talent team- Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice- Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for hiring managers**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, information technology or a related field- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced environment- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to prospects and understand qualifications- Familiarity with recruiting tools and programs (Lever, LinkedIn, etc.)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships- English proficiency is a mustHakkoda is an exciting, high growth company, and we're scaling our team.
