At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant!We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a** Technical Support.****What you'll do**:- Develop and create infrastructure system documentation as per standards for deployment and production changes- The ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network service provider issues in the WAN while working with multiple geographically dispersed client and vendor teams to identify and eliminate network configuration issues- Conducting network audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommending improvements to security measures**Preferred experience**:- 8+ years' experience in F5 Load balancer, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco Nexus 9k, Cisco 6500's, Cisco ASR/ISR routers, Aruba Wifi Cisco ACI / SDN solutions- Installing and configuring new routers, switches, Cisco firewalls/Checkpoint, F5 load balancer, Aruba Wireless and other network equipment as needed to support the network- Designing and implementing new network solutions such as creating new network infrastructures or upgrading existing system- Requires an in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and communication protocols in LAN / WAN deployments- Experience in firewall device policy design, management and security device troubleshooting and maintenance- Manage & Install Cisco routers, Layer 3 switches, Firewall & Experience in Routing protocols BGP, OSPF,& EIGRP- Troubleshooting network problems by analyzing and identifying errors in hardware or software- Significant VPN/IPSEC deployment experience on Cisco and Check point platforms- Experience in tools like Splunk, AlgoSec, TACACS/Radius, Infoblox, NNMi, SNOW, Extrahop, Zabbix, Grafana and Ansible etc..- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, familiarity with common networking devices, and the ability to use tools such as SNMP, debug and TCP dump to monitor activity, diagnose problems and optimize performance- English Advanced**Why Cognizant?**- Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide_- Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans_- Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package_- Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies_- We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment _- We invest in people and their wellbeing. _- We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
